CO-ED and ALL GIRLS Teams for Children born before September 1, 2004. The only league where all the games are played at the same location.
Fall Season is expected to start Saturday, September 6th, 2008, and finish with a free end of season tournament for U7 and up..
Sagebrush will be holding registration at the following locations and dates. Teams must be registered by June 25, 2008. Or you can register online, see below for more details.

In addition to paying fees the following is needed:
NEW PLAYERS - Must complete the registration form (pdf) and bring two copies to registration. They must also bring their Original Birth Certificate (for age verification only) and 2 current photos of player (must be a 1 inch by 1 inch (1X1) headshot, write the child's first and last name on the back of the photo)*
RETURING PLAYERS (players who played in either Fall 2006, Spring/Fall 2007 or Spring 2008) - Must complete the registration form (pdf) and bring two copies to registration. They must also bring 2 current photos of player (must be a 1 inch by 1 inch (1X1) headshot, write the child's first and last name on the back of the photo)*
COACHES - Coaches must complete the Volunteer Disclosure Form (pdf) and the Coach/Team Official Application (pdf) and bring two copies to registration. They must also bring their Original Coaches License Certificate (for verification only) and 2 current photos of player (must be a 1 inch by 1 inch (1X1) headshot, write the coach's first and last name on the back of the photo)*

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Sagebrush Youth Soccer will be having online registration. Players pay fees by credit card online plus a online registration service fee.
NEW PLAYERS can register online but must attend a live registration to show their Original Birth Certificate for age verification. If a new player cannot upload a digital photo they must also bring 2 current photos of player (must be a 1 inch by 1 inch (1X1) headshot, write the child's first and last name on the back of the photo) to a live registration.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
No refunds will be issued after a player is assigned a coach and/or team. Refunds will be processed minus a $15.00 administration fee. If you paid by check, a refund will only be issued after the check has cleared the bank. All returned checks will incur a $25.00 administration fee and the fee must be then paid by certified funds for the player to be placed on a team. All games are played at the Silver Bowl Complex at Russell & Boulder Hwy in Henderson, Nevada. Sagebrush does offer Buddy Registration. Please note: buddies must register together to be guaranteed placement on the same team. Please realize Coaching is a volunteer position. If we do not have enough Volunteers your child may not be able to play. If you are interested in coaching no experience is necessary. We provide Coach Training.
